  1. no unless you count the energy it uses.

  2. no, the compound Al Gore lives in does.

And global warming is c**p. The Earth's average temperature has cooled down by a degree in Celsius in the last year, which has reversed the effects we thought we had caused in the last 100.

A journalist is contemplating suing Al Gore for fraud.

None of this is sarcasm, I'm serious.

  3. No, but it probably contributes to the general dumbing-down of Americans, who can play all these video games but can barely read.

  4. what? no!

  5. No. Global warming is mostly caused by the desire to obtain government funding for research and from eco-paranoid fanatics.

  6. Well, Global warming doesnt exist in the First place. Its just a thing made up by the government to make money. true

  7. Global Warming is caused by an increase in Carbon Dioxide in the air.

CO2 (carbon dioxide) is created when we exhale, when we burn things (like gas), and sometimes when things rot.

In other words, the electric signals sent by wifi have nothing to do with global warming.

  8. no,,

  9. WiFi, 802.11b/g, uses the same frequencies as microwave ovens at 2.4GHz, but most WiFi transmitters only transmit at approximately 100mW (1/10 of a watt). Microwave ovens transmit at 1000 -1500 watts and the food is placed right in front of the radiating element. The power levels that the molecules are subjected to is greatly reduced as the distance from the radiating element increases. So, the answer to your question is no, because the power levels are extremely low.

  10. no, wifi only uses signals, not chemicals.  it uses energy, or what we call radiation. and it is far different from matter.

  11. Not directly.  Wireless communications only use radio waves to send and receive information.  While this has the effect of filling the world with invisible and mostly harmless radiation it has no direct effect on the climate.

It does, however, require electricity, the generation of which can contribute to global warming, though some methods are cleaner than others - eg. hydro-electricity is generated with minimal emissions.

  12. Nope, WiFi is radio waves, and radio waves are completely harmless!
