Does it tell the truth about nutrion facts? Does it actually have people loose weight? Is it true that kids should eat 3000 calories per day?

  1. I just read an article in People about it, about people who have lost weight on it. I tried out my friend's WIii Fit, and it is definately a workout. I can totally see people losing weight by using it, as long as they stick to it. I'm actually thinking about getting one myself.  It weighs you and tells you your progress. The games are pretty fun.

As far as the 3000 calorie thing, be careful with that figure. Everyone is different. Check with your doctor about that. Good luck!

  2. The Wii fit gives you facts and knowledge about losing weight, maintaining good posture, and balance. The fit is actually a very good system to excersize without thinking you are.. Does the fit tell your kids to eat 3000 calories per day? I don't know the answer to that, depends on their height, weight, activities, metabolizm, etc, etc, etc...

It works good for us to have friends also doing the fit with us. We are competitive and it keeps us going.. Trying to beat other scores, etc... They keep us motivated to keep "fitting".

  3. 1.) Um I suppose

    2.) Yea, it does.

3.) Depends on the kid: age, height, metabolism, etc.
