Does XM Online cost extra if I already have an activated XM Radio?

The line above says it all, I was wondering if I made an account name with XM Online with the Activated radio's ID, would XM Radio Online cost any extra? I got confused with their billing FAQ's they had on their website.

  1. No, it's free for most subscribers - but the stations are limited as I recall.
