  1. no, glitches (cheating) will be there untill the developer releases a patch for them. not much you can do except give them bad rep, and file a complaint. of course if you really want them banned, you can call xbox and they will take care of it.

    but know, they dont have any auto detect cheating program.

XBox Live doesn't actually prevent people from cheating but they do a pretty good job of regulating online gameplay.  In-game glitches are something that they can't take care since it is part of the game.  Halo 3 does mention that cheating is being "auto-detected" but that is geared towards modders that mess with their console in order to win games or just annoy honest gamers.  It was a huge problem in Halo 2 on the original xbox so I was relieved to see that they had taken steps against that.  The main benefit XBL provides against cheating is the ability for other gamers to provide feedback on each other and to file complaints if necessary.  I hope this helps clear things up!

  3. when playing halo 3 they warn that "cheating is being autodetected."  Whether that's true or not i have no idea.
