  1. nope... i posted about this several months ago and was reported for...soliciting...

quite honestly, there are folks who have no problem with this behavior. in addition to trolling on-line, some believe that leaving business cards for pregnant women, approaching random pregnant women in stores and violating patient confidentiality by asking OB/GYNs if they know of any "situations" is  simply "marketing and advertising."

  2. you know, not everyone on her are child molestors, I have two sons and me and my family are chrisians, you need to stop overreacting at everything, I am wanting to adopt, but im also ready to give references and whateverelse the parent wants to know, they can background check me and what not.  You people that overreact are sickening, take it from me, i was raped as a child, so I wish that all cho mos should be shot.  Please, do us all a favor and stop over reacting

  3. Probably not, because soliciting for a child is not a crime.  It's sleazy, tacky, tasteless, immoral, and as you said, "sickening."  But it's not illegal.

  4. Would be nice if they could... Anyone coming to Y/A looking for a baby should not be a parent in my opinion.

I don't think you need to be a rocket scientist to be a parent, but common sense would be a bonus!

  5. I agree it is distasteful, however, unless they offer money or harrass the expectant mom, then I don't believe it's illegal. It's downright creepy, but I doubt it's a crime.

  6. i sure hope they do to a point, i reported a question that was asking how to murder someone. i even asked them to trace the persons account, i think the police should have gone after that one.

  7. That depends on how invasive they are and what, if any, laws they are breaking.

I know the police take it very seriously when a person tried to buy a child online, just ask the dumb b*tch who tried to buy my youngest through Yahoo! chat! She ended up hauled off to jail after I sent in the emails she sent me saying how much money she was willing to pay for my unborn daughter.

  8. sorry to say this....... but no  :(

  9. I am sure they don't because I don't think it's technically illegal. But it's against Y!A terms of service, so those sorts of questions should immediately be reported/deleted. (Not to mention that it's just plain ol' inappropriate.)
