Sorry friend but there is no Microsoft, Yahoo or other e-mail lottery, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information.The following sites give more information

Yahoo doesn't run any lotteries and if they did you can be sure that they would sell you a ticket first. There are no free lotteries where someone allegedly picks you randomly and wants to give you a bunch of money. These are pure scams and they are looking for personal info so they can steal your identity or your money.
