Does YO speed require a license??

license. i know that the other models like YO smart don't require one.But this one in specific as it has a more powerful engine might require. I want to know if any one owns a YO speed(not any other model) and you dont need a license(basically i want to know if ur name plate rear has the writing for no license requirement i've seen it in other electric bikes)
