Does Yahoo Groups store sent messages and posts? If so, where do find them?

Question

I accidentally sent a detailed post to a group owner, rather than the group, so it never posted. I wanted to re-post for the group, but I didn't copy myself on the note so I don't know how to retrieve it. I looked on the group web page and couldn't find anything equivalent to a "sent" box. Any help most appreciated.

if you sent it to the group owner address, the group does not retain a copy of that. only posts sent to the group address are archived to the group. if you didn't keep a copy, see if the owner did
