Does Yahoo allow pro-n**i Yahoo groups?

I wanted to report this group to Yahoo, but don't know the group moderator's Yahoo name:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MDNationalSocialists/

Does Yahoo allow this garbage or would they shut it down if they knew about it?

I know there are a lot of unusual groups on Yahoo but I don't know if this type is allowed.  If you decide to report it, on the line for moderator's name, you could type "Unknown" so that field is not left blank.
