Does Yahoo answers discriminate based on gender?

So in responce I sent Yahoo answers this email.

Next Yahoo answers responded back with this email.

As a result, even though they said my question was not in violation, and even though they said they would repost it, they never reposted it, and they even docked me nine points, eight after visiting, see for yourself.

I'm wondering 2 things, how can Yahoo discriminate on gender when you didn't say if you were male or female ? And, how come, you have 1,491 messages in your inbox ? !
