Does Yahoo! delete questions concerning Yahoo! glitches?

Do they delete questions from people who state that they are thinking of leaving Yahoo!?

You were either hit by the trolls and they reported your question. All it takes is 1 report.  Someone else might not have liked your question. Yahoo has filters and if you use certain words your question never gets posted. It has happened to almost everyone on here.  Sorry!!!

i asked about a glitch on here (why i got a violation for a Q. i didn't ask) and it did not get deleted. but on the other hand, i got a violation for asking if ppl were tired of the 'am i pretty Q's' they said it was a violation because it was not a ANSWER or a QUESTION. it sounded like a Q. to me. so you tell me?
