Does Yahoo finance limit web query access?

I have a web query that gets stock data. It sometimes works, but sometimes not. I am connected to the internet, and I'm sure the page in question exists (paste it into your browser and it should work). Anyway, the full error message is this:

Run-time error '1004':

Unable to open http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ks?s=axp

Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server.

I'll mess around with the settings on my computer (other programs, clear the cache, etc). I'm just wondering if yahoo could have anything to do with it.

it worked fine for me, try Internet Explorer or download Firefox
