  1. no you dont you only need

    papers for govrnment jobs you could work at a restaurant.

    i uncle lives in the usa and doesn't have papers and

    works at a restaurant as a cook full-time.

  2. yes you need working papers from your school and your doctor has to full some stuff out you need working papers up until your 18.
