Does a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am have the same tire rims as a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am?

I need to replace my tire rims and can only find a 1998 at the junk yard, but it would be much cheaper to get it from there instead of the shop. Thanks for your help =)

  1. Depends on the model....I believe the SE's pretty much all had 15" and the GT's had 16"


  2. No. Bolt pattern for the 98 is 5-100. 02 is 5-115. The numbers mean 5 bolts on either a 100mm or 115mm diameter circular pattern. Because the diameters are different, 100 vs. 115 they will not fit. Look for wheels from a 1999 or newer and the same wheel diameter that you have, some were 15 some were 16".
