  1. You can get a four barrel intake from an older Chrysler product but be careful, stay away from EGR intakes, the flow is poor through the runners due to the EGR provision. This applies to most 360 manifolds and pretty much all 318 four barrel manifolds from the factory, most of the 340 intakes are good if you can find one.

The best bet would be an aftermarket aluminum manifold from someone like Edelbrock or one of the other reputable aftermarket manufacturers. Stay with the two plane intakes, they will have better torque from off idle to 5000 - 5500 RPM.  The single planes are best from around 3000 - 3500 to about 6000 - 6500, so unless you're racing stay with the two plane.

  2. Generally while they might bolt on, most stock mopar 4 barrel intake manifolds have larger runners than the ports on the 318  heads - better but not the best situation

your best bets would be to get an aftermarket intake for a 318 (with smaller runners) or get a 1967 273 4 barrel intake (you can find these at most big Mopar swap meets for cheap) Only get a 1967.

  3. They were made for the poly-spherical 318's, but I'm not sure about the newer small blocks.
