  1. no just make sure she is buckled up

  2. Well if you go by the rules then yes she should be in a car seat at that age.......

  3. a 5 year old that is almost 5 feet tall? I highly doubt it.

  4. 135 centimetres (4 and a half feet) or less and a child, by law in the UK must have a car seat or booster seat, my daughter is 10 next month and is only just tall enough to go without it now, she is 70 pounds. My son is 7, and he is about 4 feet tall and weighs 65lbs he has a booster seat. Kids lives are precious

  5. Children should stay in a booster seat until the adult seat belts fit correctly (usually when a child reaches about 4' 9" in height and is between 8 and 12 years of age).

Children who have outgrown their booster seats should ride in a lap and shoulder belt; they should ride in the back seat until 13 years of age

  6. i would think a booster seat.

does the seatbelt fit across her shoulder without the booster seat?

can she sit at the back of the seat with her knees bent over the front?

if the adult belt fits across her shoulder and her legs are long enough, then she can ride without. but i would not think so just yet.

  7. a 5 yr. old cannot be almost 5 feet. at most she is probably 4' 4'' or something like that. no, i don't think she has to be, but she shouldn't be sitting in the front no matter, and when she is in the back, definitely have a seat belt
