so yes you will need a visa.

Bulgaria  joined the EU, on january 1st of 2007 , it should by the end of this year enter the schengen zone, after more documentation and verification, qualification;  .(the date to enter the schengen zone  was set for end of oct.2007, after approval?...........................)
