My friend has two D.U.I's on her record and is really upset. She's even thinking about moving to a other state like Arizona. She wants to start all over. It takes 10 years to even come off your record. The first one she got was in 1999 and was going to come

out clean when she just got the 2nd one this 4th of July weekend.

It is not going to change the fact that she will probably do it again - no matter where she moves.

    good Luck....

  5. yes u have to report it and if you want your drivers lic. back you have to show up to the court the convection was in before they will do any thing.

also drinking and driving isn't a sport but just a stupid way to kill many people.

  6. Yes, and you have to report them.  If you don't, when (not if) they catch you, you'll never get a driver's license again.

Driving while intoxicated is stupid - doing so over a holiday weekend when the law is out looking is way beyond stupid.
