Does a Healthy Diet = Good Looks?

Many People think that if you have a

extremely healthy diet --- Good diet

you will be more better looking than those who have a

bad diet --- poor unhealthy diet..

so do you think it is true ?

healthy foods in your diet = will give you better looks

e.g no spots, greasy skin, damaged hair, bad teeth, dull skin, extra weight..

what u thinkk ?

  1. well you can make your apperance better but you will always have the looks that you were born with

    A healthy diet can help you shift a couple of pounds to give an overall toned look(assuming you're not overweight, in which case a healthy diet obviously helps),improves skin, gives hair a healthy shine and makes it stronger, it will also give you more energy, which can really show through and give you a much better appearance, but a healthy diet won't work miracles.

  3. I'v had a horrible diet and my hair was greasy i had spots and bags under my eyes, then I cleaned it up and I look better for it.

  4. Yes in general I believe this is absolutely the case. If you eat healthily and drink plenty of water then your body is healthier. Our whole idea of attractiveness is just based on the signs of health, so by definition you will look more attractive. You will be a healthier weight, have clearer skin, nicer hair and nails, brighter eyes. That doesn't mean you will necessarily be the picture of beauty and health, but you will certainly be closer. And they may only be slight changes if your diet isn't too bad at present. If your diet is all junk food and you switch to a high fiber, high protein, tons of fruit, veggies, and water type diet, you will absolutely notice a big impact. If you eat a good diet and are dehydrated, though, you may still have a lot of skin problems and such because the amount of water you drink has a huge effect on your looks, especially your skin. The one thing you mentioned that I don't think will change because of your diet is your teeth - your bone mass will be stronger if you get lots of calcium, but most of the visible health of teeth is effected by dental and orthodontic care, not diet.

  8. Good looks is a matter of opinion. However, good eating habits and good hygiene translate into a healthier body and a person that others are more likely to wish to be around.
