  1. Actually your US Citizen Fiance has to petition you in US for K1 by filing I-129F and the filing fee is $455.

  3. You would only apply for a K1 visa if you and your fiance are going to get married in the U.S. and want to live here. The cost varies to a point. The American would have to file a petition (I-129F), you would have to apply for a Visa at the Embassy, and have a medical done by approved doctors. Once in the U.S. you would have 90 days in which to be married before you would have to file an I-485 Adjustment of Status application. You would also need to file for an EAD if you want to work, and an I-131 if you want to travel. Altogether you are looking at more than $1000 USD.
