No, in fact they don't know they just think your always offline and they cant talk to you and you cant talk to them. That's about it

You just look offline, and they can still message you, but you can't see the messages. There is a site that you can supposedly see who's blocked you, but you have to enter your e-mail and password, which is NOT a good idea.
