Does a Spyder VS3 have an external velocity adjuster k**b?

I was looking at paintball markers and I saw the Spyder RS has a adjuster k**b but does the VS3 have one?

P.S. Which is better a Spyder RS, a VS3, or a Raven Primal?

the spyder rs is the better gun because the rocking trigger on the vs3 is illegal in most tournaments. They have the same boards and the rs is newer.
