i think it will be too dark its better u hav it a little mix,if u like dark then hav it dark with not too dark

Yeah it should look ok. Dont go for dark grey thou. I do however think if possible a light blue tie would look a lot better.

I wouldnt wear a waist coat. Just wear black trousers and black shoes.
