I had been feeding my baby boy them stupid jars since he started weaning at 6 months.. Just the jars nothing else!

But then i decided he wouldnt eat anything else so now i feed him ALL my meals and spend loads of time preparing healthy meals for him..

The question is though does their food reflect how advanced they are??

Charlie is 9 months and cannot yet sit up and just rolls around everywhere..

His friend sits up, stands, crawls and does all sorts and she is 2 days younger, she has had her mothers food from weaning!

Im really encouraging him to sit up and spend lots of time with his toys doing so

Anyone know??

  1. well really its each to there own I never fed my children baby food i started with a blender and went to table food by the time mine were 6 months old they were eating  a chicken leg and corn dogs.. they were walking at 9 months  i think  what you feed them does  go along way with there growth . I'm  not saying chicken and corn dogs r good for them but they knew how to eat it ..  my childeren couldnt get enough to eat when they were just on formula so i added applesause to there bottle and they slept  better  so i knew baby food wasnt gona cut it...

  2. no  i don't think it's the jar food. we all did that stuff. i think your son is far behind. i would have a doctor look at him. i'm surprised nothing was mentioned at his well baby check ups.
