  1. same as human genetics, depends on the genes each parent has to what the babies will look like.


  2. It depends on which breed is dominant and the other which is submissive. Well not exactly that but there genes and which traits are dominant from the other.  like if your hamster mom is white and hamster dad is black you won't get a cream color.  if the white is submissive then the babies are black because the black were dominant.  or if mom had arthritus and dad didnt and arthritus is dominant then the babies have arthritus.  These are called Punit Charts and we learned aout them in science class.  It's confusong but unless you know how to tell which trat is dominant and which isn't then you won't know.

  4. it all depends. sometiume if the mom is white and the dad is black, you get a blone coloured hammy. its a surprise!
