Does a birth chart ever change?

Question

My birth chart only has the first 4 houses with anything in it. from my understanding it means i am more focused on my inner self and getting to know who i am right now? i was wondering if these things ever change and when? or do the planets move into different houses on my chart at all? i'm only 24 years old and don't think i'm meant to be working on my inner self for the rest of my life lol.. i'm just confused any help is appreciated. thanks

birth chart changes every moment depends on the position of planets in each sign the interpretation changes but the first time chart is what u r will be 4 ever at the time of birth only u can change ur attitude to a slight content

no A birthchart can never chart cause you are born at only one praticular moment you can not be reborn thus the actual name of it BIRTH chart.

The natal chart of the time of your birth does not change. But the transiting planets do. For instance Saturn return when your transiting Saturn is conjunct your natal Saturn indicates a time of great change, this occurs approximately every thirty years. The most common of these is the solar progressed chart, in which each day after you were born is taken to represent a year in your life. So if you wanted to know what you (and your life) would be like 23 years after you were born, you'd draw a chart for the date which was 23 days after you were born. Transiting planets will also trigger different areas of your chart.
