Does a blogger ever get paid for its web ?

Some blogger have a high hits on their website & are real proud of it.

I sometimes wonder do they ready get paid for it ?

No!  Even with ads... (ads and pay-per-click pays 0.001$ - 1$ per thoudans clicks).  You need a fairly good number of visits!
