Yes it will. Its all about water displacement...

I have personally seen a 6lb bowling ball float.

Any heavier than that and I doubt it.

Yes, it WILL float. For some crazy reason I tried it awhile back, and it did float.

no it does not because the water cannot go inside the bowling ball exept for the holes which sinks it

no it couldn't. it would be too heavy even if you use like a 6lb. ball cuz all its atoms are so tightly packed

It has a wood core, so i think it sorta floats, just don't grab on to it before anything else if your boat sinks ;), I'd recomend a large door like in Titanic, just make sure your not with some fat priss who takes the whole thing for herself...
