Does a canadian immigrant require a visa to visit the united kingdom?

It doesn't matter if you are a Canadian immigrant.  Are you a Canadian citizen with a Canadian passport?  If not, whether you will require a visa will depend on the rules that the UK applies to citizens of the country that issued your passport.
