  1. There is such a thing as cat scratch disease, but it is basically a cat scratch or bite that gets infected because of the stuff cats have under their nails and the bacteria in their mouths.  Do you have a vet for your cat?  Your cat should have vaccines for many different diseases, including rabies.  It's the law in most places.  It is also very important that your cat gets fixed for its health and to be sure no 'accidents' happen.  I wouldn't worry about rabies unless your cat dies within the next ten days.  Seriously.

Also, were you bathing the cat because it had gotten very dirty?  You do not need to give your cat regular baths.  They do a great job of cleaning themselves. :)

  2. If shes indoor then theres no way shes rabid, and you were bathing her....of course shes pissed, they hate water. just make sure it doesnt get infected, their tongues are kinda skeevy

  3. You can get cat scratch fever, yes that is also a song, but can also be a deadly sickness....and cats can carry rabies, but if you cat is indoors and up to date on her shots than you should have nothing to worry about. Is she displaying any signs of rabies?
