  1. I could not completely make certain that my answer is the ideal one for you,it should be useful though, check out here.http://car-insurance.online-tips.info/ca...

  2. noo. it shouldn't

  3. Help yourself:) You can easily estimate how cellphone ticket may change your quotes in internet, for example here: http://autoinsurance.maclenet.com

  4. This is dependent on the company you have. Most of them will not "surcharge" you for this violation but it may affect the tier you are eligible for. In effect this can raise your rate but it is unlikely. If it does in fact raise the rate.. SHOP AROUND! you can definitely find a company that wont penalize you in any way for the violation.

  5. Probably not, but I wish it would.

  6. I don't think your insurance will find out about your ticket unless you tell them yourself.  No offense, but I am glad to see some states are actually ticketing drivers who (try) to drive and talk on the phone at the same time.  People are injured every day because of people yapping on cell phones while driving.

  7. I would think it would it.  But I don't live in NY.  The cop said no points then it meant it wouldn't be reported to the DMV.  Therefore, your insurance would not go up.  If in doubt, call the DMV 800 # or go on the internet to DMV.Org

  8. It can. I worked in auto insurance sales. If it does raise it will probably be $5 a month. It also may bepend on the company.
