  1. Nope, If you consume the wine at the Church, All Good....

  2. I can only go on the assumption that you're referring to Communion. In that case, no. The amount of wine that anyone gets is only a tiny sip, so even children can consume the wine.

For wedding receptions, they wouldn't need a license, since it's used for the toast. As long as that's all the wine there is.

If they were selling it by the glass, then they would.

  3. No, if they did they would loose it for serving minors.

  4. No, as long as it's not selling it.

  5. Church doesn't need a license for hardly anything, that's the sad part.

"No, because it was water to begin with"  <-- And that was great, Michael. Two answers you've posted that I love.

  6. No, because it was water to begin with.

  7. Yes they do..........any establishment that serves alcohol to the public has to have a liquor license, unless they have a bar in the basement that already has a liqour license

  8. religious institutions are exempted from needing a liquor license.

some states even have minor laws that allow under aged kids to drink as long as its in their homes. I know wikipedia has the map of the states that allow this, only one state allows underage minors to drink in pubs, but its only beer i think its Alaska, but could be wrong on that one.
