Does a company i work for have to start somekind of a 401 K after 3 years ?

Just trying to figure out how to start a 401K - but I kinda thought my boss had told me at some point that a past employee that had worked here for a long time, got somekind of money from the business....it is incorporated - but its just me and a father and a son? is there any kind of monies I migth be getting either a 401 K or stocks in the business? any thing they MUST do etc?

  1. I OWN A COMPANEY IF A COMPENYS WORKERS ARE 21 OR OLDER THEY ARE RAPERMANDED BY LAW TO HAVE ONE.FOR ALL WORKERS 21 AND OVER.I HAVE DISHED OUT 21 MILL IN 401KS FOR MY WORKERS.


  2. if employers don't provide 401k, u have the option to join other ones outside of the company (ex. IRA or something like that).
