Not always.  Some people just know something is wrong.  Some people think everyone else is crazy.  Some don't know anything at all.

Crazy is a term of dismissal. Merely the sound of one who hasn't the vocabulary to define things that are rarely understood. Relative to what? Do I have to do crazy things to be crazy? Then I am not so. If I have thoughts that do not fit in a box of societal standards, do I qualify? Then I am.....Vagaries...gray areas...mysteries...crazy stuff I guess

How do you define crazy?  A lot of people are diagnosed with medical conditions that the rest of us might consider crazy.  Does a crazy person's perceptions of reality the same as ours.  

I realy don't know..
