I am divorced in Texas and my ex wife has subverted me and now has moved to WV with my kids whom did not want to go. But the Judge refused to hear my plea today and forced me to hand over my kids to my ex as if I had no rights at all. How is this possible even my Attorney is baffled. Please help me protect my children and maintain contact with them.

  1. Men rarely have rights in custody battles.  The baby didn't pop out of you.

Try having your kids testify in court.  That probably won't win the battle for you, but it's a good start.

  2. pretty much h**l no we have no rights .... I raised my son for the first 8 mths of his life and my wife took off with him 1000 miles away ,blatantly breaking the Interstate Interference with Custody Laws and no branch of Gov would assist me.

I have affadavits from 10 people how I raised the baby and she just ran around and  she has documented mental issues,DCFS refuses to investigate even though a licenesed Counselor wrote a report that she feels DCFS should investigate . just total insanity ..

all you can do is be as good a father as you can and hope when the kids are 14 they will WANT to have you in their life as that is how old they have to be to have a legal voice

  3. i dont know what subverted means but if it happened to me i would be outraged! all parents have rights to be with their children and to keep in contact with em. if i was u, i would try to do everything in my power to get my children back thru h**l and high water! i am with u man! good luck!
