Does a dell have a key that works the same way as the escape key on a mac?

My friend has a mac, and if her mom comes in to check on her and shes not doing her homework or something, all she does is hit the escape key and everything disappears. I have a dell and I was just wondering if it had any key that could do that too? I know the escape key doesn't do much.

No, there is no key like that. However, if the dell is running Vista then you can hide everything. In the left hand corner of the start bar next to the windows logo button there are a few icons. One of them is a picture of an empty desktop. Click that logo and everything goes away. if you are running xp, then go to download.com and search for Privacy Keeper. It will do the same thing.
