Does a divorce have too cost 300 pounds?

seperated 2 years ago, we,ve already sold our house at the time we seperated, we have 2 children that we decide who and when they are with us and we agree on his financial imput, we went 50/50 so nothing too decide really, so do i still have too pay 300 pounds?

Probably not.  You have already made most of the decisions, so that will cut out the middle man.
