Does a dog in heat have a messed up stomach usually??

Yes I know I should ask a vet these questions...but I cannot go until Monday. If a female dog is going into heat..just bleeding and just starting to show signs of swelling. Is it normal for her to have a messed up tummy?? I have noticed her poo has been liquidy lately.

Not usually, I'd be making sure she isn't getting into something she shouldn't be.  You can try giving her some canned pumpkin to help her diarrhea.  Just plain pumpkin, not pie filling with spices in it.  You can also feed her some boiled white rice with either lean hamburger or chicken in it - that's a meal that's very easy to digest.

I HAVE BREAD PIT BULLS ALSO NOW OWN A FULL BLOODED GERMAN SHEPPERD AND ALL THE TIMES THEY HAVE CAME INTO HEAT THEY HAVE NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN
