most likely not if their ears natraly are supposed to stand up then no but if they dnt natraly stand up then i would clip them if you want to

No, Frenchie's ears are not cropped. They stand naturally.

Absolutely not!  A Frenchie's ears are naturally erect (often described as 'bat-eared').  Please learn more about this breed before getting one (if that is what you're doing).
