Does a gemini and a virgo make a good couple?

I'm a gemini and by boyfriend is a virgo. I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time with him.

Your relationship should not be based on horoscopes because, most of the time, horoscopes are written very generally and what really are the chances that every Aquarius will have good luck on the 27th because Venus crossed paths with Mars? They are written for the masses, and basing a relationship on something that is questionable is silly.
