Does a graphical Oracle exist?

I mean we all know rthat there is our very powerful Oracle RDBMS. But we need commands to operate it. They are pretty easy, I have heard, but do we have something simpler? Like something using GUI?

no graphical oracle is not available in market now presently oracle 9i is available. if u want better back end or data base u can use SQL it is more better than Oracle no dute oracle is better in security but in presentation Sql is better than oracle
