if a person exercises and eats very well, will they inevitably start having health problems and getting medical conditions as they age? (excluding the short period of time in which they are actually dying.)
ive come to think that as i get older, im going to get more problems and become increasingly less able, even though i eat and exercise well. am i being too cynical? does a healthy lifestyle only hinder the onset of illnesses? or if you live really healthily is it possible to be an old man who can still run, etc?
any scientific evidence would be great.
thank you
