you can get much information in this website, kindly stay a minute in website and check anyone link at a time, and you can aslo get your question answer in Google Search in this website, which has already helped me very much

  2. Only if it specifies that it does. A lamp designed just to provide heat will not give off any UV rays.

  3. i have a tortoise, i have a seperate heat lamp and uv lamp. you can get one bulb which does give of uv and heat. i think that most pet shops (that do reptile stuff) have a variety of products. i went with a strip light for uv and a bulb for heat. that works well!

  4. If its not a special UV lamp then no.

  5. Zoo Med, R-Zilla, And Exoterra basking bulbs give off heat and only uva rays. You can find a heat/uva and uvb bulb, although they are quite expensive. (but worth it!)

  6. noope, not unless it actually says it does, but i'm not too sure if you can get one that is both heat and UV.. you'll have to ask at an aquarium..

but you definitely need to provide heat and UV so you'll need both.

heat pads work well if you don't have enough room for a UV and heat lamp

    :)
