  1. Hickeys are bruises. Bruises are broken blood vessels under the skin.  Do bruises hurt?  Sometimes.  Maybe she has really sensitive skin.  Nobody can tell you if it really hurt her or not because we're not her.

  2. well it doesn't usually hurt unless the person bites hard enough to bruise.

  3. No, she just wanted to bring attention to herself.

  4. Nah, they don't hurt

I think your friend just wanted to tell you she got a hickey to seem 'cool' and that was her way of bringing it up ._.

  5. no

  6. NO hickey does not hurt because my girl friend give me hickeys on my neck all the time and i love it.

  7. A hickey is like a bruise; the result of several small blood vessels that were burst under pressure of a kiss, bite, or sucking on the skin.

So, it will hurt like a small bruise, at best. But the neck is a tender place for a bruise, especially since you turn it hundreds of times a day, which explains why she would complain.

  8. my bf gives me hickys all the time and it never hurt

  9. No they don't hurt. It just feels like a little nibble. She just probably wanted to point out that she got one. Lol.

  10. hickeys can leave the skin a little sensitive, but not sore. if the hickeys were given agressively though... intense sucking or biting, then they could get really, really sore indeed.

  11. no hickeys don't hurt

  12. well this may seem kinda stupid but i went to go l**k something i spilled off of my shoulder and gave myself a hickey...it hurt at first but then it stopped hurting. really i was just shocked becasue i had never gotten one before

  13. it's possible, if a person gets one on the neck or if the giver is sucking long enough it's possible that that area can become very tender.  You also want to try to minimize the hickeys b/c not only are they not attractive to walk around with they can very well cause a blood clot and although not likely possible.
