yes by definition it is wet. and who cares, running up a tab is a cool thing to do.

depends which one u go to...but usually does...but fyi  lol u dont wanna pay for it....soo expsensive.and they are the little bottles too( the ones iv been to)..better to save money and bring your own

Usually, yes.  The problem is that the alcohol is incredibly expensive, and they kind of have you hooked: once you have one drink you'll likely want more, and those little bottles don't go very far.  You'll be racking up quite a large tab in no time if you're not careful.
