Does a kitten act frisky when it has fleas?

  1. Not exactly,  maybe she just has alot of energy.  if she has fleas, she would be scratching all the time.  Buy her a flea brush. comb her once with it and ifr she has fleas then they will come out in the brush.

  2. When kittens/cats have fleas they scratch themselves.  Kittens can be anemic if they have an infestation.  They don't run and jump a lot because of fleas.  She is being a wild and crazy kitten.  She may settle down...or not.

A kitten acts frisky, period.  Jumping around at nothing, popping up in the air with their paws out ready to fight stuff nobody can see.  Of course it's scary:  A kitten is a baby predator, practicing how to be a grown up predator.  Fortunately, kittens also like humans, so just chill, and when she slows down stroke her and give her a lap.

    Crumple up a little piece of paper into a ball and toss it to her -- you'll have hours of fun watching!
