Does a lysosome function in lipid hydrolysis?

Yes, a lysosome is a very versitale organelle and it does function in many inviornments including the lipid hydrolysis, now go get laid

Yes.  Lysosome destroys old organelles, and has proteinases, lipase and nucleotidases to break down all parts of the organelles, including lipids.
