No.  After February 2009, you will need a converter box to view "over the air" broadcast signals which will all be digital.  If you subscribe to cable or satellite TV, you don't need to worry.

that is correct it does not have one. I had to buy one myself and it was around 50 bucks. I needed it for local channels. You can get them pretty cheap through my source box.
