For me both are terribly out of control and this is BY FAR THE WORST EPISODE EVER.

Worst than all the depressions and manias I've had before. I have intense rage and do reckless things and then i get really guilty and I think the guilt is the worst feeling out of the two.

How can I stop atleast the guilt from overtaking my mind, please help

I think i need to go to the ER or something.

actually when would you go to the ER? how would u know its real bad and time for the ER???

  1. If you feel like you could be a danger for yourself or anyone around you then I would go to the hospital immediately. Otherwise, schedule an appointment with your psychiatrist as soon as possible.

  2. TAKE THE MEDS!! This is coming from another bi-polar type one! They will make you feel better, and more stable. Sure, you'll still have ups and downs, but they won't be nearly as bad. If you feel a threat to others or yourself, go to the hospital and seek help. Call a crisis hotline. They will try to talk you through it, and it generally works.

  3. If you feel like a danger to yourself, then call 911 and tell them what's going on.  I'd suggest you see a psychiatrist (who can prescribe medicine for you) and a psychologist or talk-therapist at your earliest convenience.  Don't play with these feelings.  They can be dangerous.

  4. definately mania there.

possibly bi-polar and similar, because bi-polar normally effects the mood in sudden switches occuring hourly, daly, weekly, or monthly... any after that and it's probably not bi-polar possibly.. so yes.

how to stop guilt? cut the source of the guilt if it's not a problem.  Guilty for breaking something... fix your mistake... fix it, appologise, repair... try to solve the problem that's already occured now.

Your best bet is to work up the courage to physically go over to the hospital... write how your feeling on a peice of paper or tell them...both are fine.
