  1. an immigrant visa.

but really, there is no such thing as an indefinite visa to visit the US. the best thing you can get is a 10 year mutliply entry.

all visas have expiration dates. even immigrants have a 10 year green card that they need to renew once it expires. they might have permission to live indefinitely in the US but they still need to renew their cards every 10 years.

  2. There isn't one that's why so many filipinos just overstay their visas then hope for amnesty. It's the way America works. America isn't control by Americans it's controlled by us. You have nothing to fear by overstaying.

  3. 3 to 5 years

  4. it has to be an expiration.. even your a green card holder but still has an expiration..

  5. There are no visas that last indefinitely.

The US used to issue indefinite visas but they were all cancelled in about 2003.

The best you can get is a 10 year visa, or a green card (permanent resident visa) that allows you to live indefinitely in the US.
